1. Parties

Excellent Copywrite, 22 Rue du Midi, 21000 Dijon, France (Service Provider) and the Client. French law applies.

2. Services

Retail and brand copywriting services delivered digitally: product descriptions, catalog copy, packaging text, event copy, careers copy, and copy localization.

3. Payment

Full payment via Stripe before work begins. Monthly billing for Prestige retainer work.

4. Delivery Timelines

• Craft: 4 business days from confirmed brief
• Signature: 10 business days from confirmed brief
• Prestige: agreed schedule
• 7-Day Express add-on available for Craft and most Signature work

5. Intellectual Property

Full rights transfer upon complete payment. NDAs available at no additional charge.

6. Governing Law

French law. Courts of Dijon, Cote-d'Or, France.
