Refund Policy

1. Commitment

If we cannot deliver the agreed work within the agreed timeline through our fault, you receive a full refund.

2. Cancellations

• Before brief confirmation: full refund within 5-10 business days
• After brief confirmation, before first draft: 50% credit valid 12 months
• After first draft delivery: revisions apply, no refund

3. Process

Email hello@excellentcopywrite.com with your order reference. Refunds via Stripe within 10 business days.

4. Legal Rights

French consumer law and EU Directive 2011/83 apply.
