Do you write only in English and French, or other languages too?

Primary delivery is in English and French. Both are native, not translated. For other languages, we work with trusted specialist partners and manage the full process. If you need copy in German, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch, ask us and we will tell you whether we can take it on with the same quality standard.

Can you write for both luxury and mid-market brands?

Yes. Tone, register, and vocabulary vary significantly across price points. A luxury skincare brand and a mass-market personal care brand both need precise copy, but the conventions are very different. We adapt register to the market position of the product, not to a single template we apply everywhere.

How do you handle products that require technical accuracy?

We ask for the technical documentation upfront and work closely with your product team. For pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, or legally regulated categories, accuracy is not negotiable. We review all claims with your compliance team before delivery. If something cannot be said, we find what can be said that still compels the reader.

What is your process for brand voice alignment?

Before writing anything, we review your existing copy, brand guidelines, and competitor landscape. If no brand voice document exists, we propose one based on the brief. The first draft will include a tone note explaining our choices. Revisions address specific gaps between the draft and your intended voice, not vague stylistic preferences.

When and how do I pay?

Full payment via Stripe before work begins. After payment you receive a brief confirmation and project kickoff within one business day. For Prestige plan retainer work, billing is monthly at the start of each period. Stripe accepts all major cards and handles the transaction securely. We do not store any payment information.

Do you offer copy reviews without a full rewrite?

Yes. If you have existing copy that is not converting or does not match your brand voice, we can audit it specifically and provide actionable editorial notes rather than starting from scratch. This is a standalone service available to any client. Ask us for a quote based on the volume and scope of the material.
